Beta terms

WithinReach Places is an invitation-only evaluation app provided by Pedro Carena. Contact pcarena@paginar.com.

Using the beta

The app helps organize places and evaluate optional map, search, route and reminder features. Beta features can change, contain errors or become unavailable. Keep important information independently; do not rely on the app as your only backup, navigation aid or reminder.

Submit only content you are entitled to access and use. Shared-list access does not give us or you ownership of third-party content or permission beyond applicable provider terms. Your personal notes, labels and collections remain yours.

Third-party services

WithinReach includes Google Maps features and content. Their use is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Other map/search/hosting services have their own applicable terms and privacy practices. OpenStreetMap-derived catalog data carries its source attribution and OpenStreetMap license; credits are available in the app.

Limits and safe use

Online features require connectivity and are subject to provider availability, request limits and app-integrity verification. Do not bypass authentication or quotas, misuse credentials, disrupt the service or use it as an arbitrary network proxy.

Place details and routes may be inaccurate, stale or incomplete. Nearby reminders depend on permissions, device conditions and operating-system decisions; exact delivery times and distances are not guaranteed. Check signs, access restrictions and real-world conditions. WithinReach is not an emergency or safety service.

Privacy and app license

The Privacy Policy explains processing, retention and choices. These beta service terms supplement the applicable Apple app license and TestFlight terms; they are not a replacement custom EULA and do not remove mandatory consumer or privacy rights. No paid plan or subscription is offered by this beta.

Changes and feedback

Beta access and online features may be limited or ended as testing changes or to protect the service. Ending access does not promise deletion of all locally saved or provider-managed data.
